Antipsychotics not useful for ICU delirium

KEY POINT

I.V. boluses of haloperidol or ziprasidone were not effective for management of patients with hypoactive or hyperactive delirium in the ICU compared with placebo, according to results of a trial published in the New England Journal of Medicine.
