Important drug–drug interactions common with oral cancer drugs

KEY POINT

Potential drug–drug interactions with tyrosine-kinase inhibitors (TKIs) were common, with almost one-half of identified interactions classified as severe, according to results of a retrospective cohort study published in the Journal of Oncology Pharmacy Practice.
