Asthma may be a reason for zoster vaccination in adults

KEY POINT

Asthma may be a risk factor for zoster in adults, and clinicians should consider administering the zoster vaccine to adults with asthma who are older than age 50, according to results of a study published online in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.
