Better Training Can Improve Inhaler Use in Patients with Mild Asthma

KEY POINT

Patients who overuse beta-2 agonists for mild cases of asthma often inaccurately feel that they have more dyspnea than patients who use normal amounts of the drugs. These high utilizers can benefit from specific exercises directed at inspiratory muscles.
