Poor adherence to preventive asthma medication in teenagers

KEY POINT

According to a recently published study in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, adherence to fluticasone/salmeterol (Advair—GlaxoSmithKline) inhaler therapy was 43% in teens with moderate to severe persistent asthma.
